In order to calculate an exact cost of freight we need to possess the following information regarding the exported or imported goods: exact location for the pickup, the date of loading, cargo weight, cargo volume, cargo dimensions, commodity, shipment terms (EXW, FCA, FOB, etc.), in case of perishable goods – temperature needed, and in case of out of gauge cargo - its drawing (indicating the exact dimensions).
